David Meiskin - Managing Principal

David Meiskin is the Managing Principal of Windsor Companies, Windsor Management and Fairfax Communities. He is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with over 20 years of real estate development, redevelopment and investment experience in the Mid-Atlantic States. He oversees the companies diverse work throughout the region, including a pipeline of more than four million square feet of commercial property, fifteen adult communities totaling over six thousand units and thirty residential Master Planned Communities totaling over seven thousand units. David has provided the overall strategic and visionary direction of Windsor and its subsidiaries, all while being actively responsible for its property acquisition, supervision of the approval process, construction, marketing and sales. He is also currently involved in the companies projects that span the entire Mid-Atlantic region, from the Windsor offices in New Jersey to Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Connecticut.

Jeff Meiskin - Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Jeff Meiskin is responsible for the financing, capital raising activities, operations and administration for Windsor Companies. Since joining, Jeff has strategically positioned the company for overall growth, including the development approval process on certain real estate projects. He has had twenty-five years of diversified experience in multiple industries, with the ares of financial leadership, business development, strategic planning, as well as risk management and cash management as his focus. Prior to working for Windsor, he was a Director, Partner and Chief Financial Officer for Samara Brothers, LLC, an importer, were he reduced overheads by $1.2 million. Previously, Jeff was a senior accountant / tax specialist at KPMG. Over the years, Jeff has been involved with various startup and entrepreneurial business in various industries.

William Rogove - Vice President - Construction

With over 30 years’s experience successfully directing operations for multimillion dollar projects, William Rogove serves as Vice President of Construction for Windsor Companies. As part of the Senior Management Team, he is responsible for all operational aspects of the company’s residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. His duties include involvement in projects’ approval process, plan and bid reviews, examination and evaluation of job specifications, due diligence investigations and varied other responsibilities. Through his hard work and determination, William has served on NAIOP’s National Business Park Development Forum, a forum which is only limited to NAIOP members who are engaged in the developing of mixed-use environments of the traditional park concept.

Stan Wabisky - Vice President - Land Development

With a solid 30 years of construction, engineering and surveying experience, Stan Wabisky is responsible for the management of Windsor’s multiple land development projects. Prior to joining the company Stan served as President of Satellite Estimating, Inc. performing takeoffs for residential projects and value engineering to keep their costs down. Stan also worked as a consultant with U.S. Radar surveying and mapping projects on AutoCad.
